Terms of Use

The rules of using Plotore. Short, because they should be.

These Terms govern your use of the Plotore platform. Money — escrow, milestones, refunds, commission and subscriptions — is covered separately in our Payments, Escrow & Refunds Policy. How we handle your data is in our Privacy notice.

01Who we are

Plotore Limited is a company registered in England & Wales (Company Number: 17428426).

Our registered office is located at SIU Offices 4-6 Greatorex Street, London E1 5NF.

02Accounts

You must provide accurate information during signupand keep your login credentials secure.

Writers can create their own accounts. Studio accounts require verification; studios cannot self-signup.

03What we do and don't do

We select, verify and represent scripts. We are not a publisher, not an agent of record, and not a law firm. Nothing on this platform is legal advice.

04Your content

You keep the copyright in anything you submit. You grant us a licence to store it, assess it, and show samples to verified studios in order to represent it. That licence ends when you withdraw the script, except where a deal is live.

05Acceptable use

Do not submit work you do not own.
Do not attempt to obtain script access by misrepresenting who you are.
Do not copy or redistribute material you are shown.

Accounts are terminated for any of these without refund.

06Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

07Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the fees we have received in respect of the matter concerned.

08Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified and require re-acceptance.

09Law

England and Wales.
